Plans that know the equipment.

Write a PM or calibration plan once and assign it to every unit it covers. Each unit gets its own schedule from its own first due date, and completing an event is signed with your password.

A failed check does not get lost.

A failed check takes the unit out of service and pauses its schedules. Open a work order from the same row, and return the unit to service once the fix is signed off, with the evidence on the record.

  • Out of service shows on the unit and in the queue
  • Only Facilities completes maintenance and closes work orders
  • Returning to service is a signed decision
